What to expect
Sessions at Wild Path Counseling are structured, but never rigid. We meet outdoors, choose a trail that fits your pace, and begin moving. From there, the session unfolds naturally.
There’s no pressure to talk right away—or at all. Some sessions are mostly hiking, with minimal conversation. Others develop into steady, focused dialogue as we move. The environment allows things to come up when they’re ready, without forcing it.
This approach is intentional. Being in motion, in a natural setting, helps reduce mental noise, improve focus, and make it easier to process what’s going on without overthinking. You’re not sitting across from someone under a microscope—you’re moving forward, physically and mentally.
The goal is simple: help you think clearly, work through challenges, and leave with a stronger sense of direction and control.
Booking a session is just as straightforward. Click the Book a Session button, select your time and preferred trail, and complete payment. You’ll receive a text confirmation with the details. From there, you simply show up on the trail—ready to walk, talk, and get to work.
